Do you work with clients outside the US/UK?

Yes. Our virtual design process works from anywhere in the world. We're familiar with US and UK products, but we can also work with local retailers in your area.

How many revisions are included?

Each package includes a set number of revisions. Essentials includes 1 revision, Complete includes 2, and Premium includes unlimited revisions. Additional revisions can be purchased if needed.

Can I keep some of my existing furniture?

Yes. If you have pieces you'd like to keep, we'll design around them and suggest new items that complement your existing furniture.

What do I need to prepare before starting?
A
You'll need photos of the room, basic measurements, and a short brief about your goals. If you have a floor plan, that's helpful but not required. We'll guide you on what to measure.

Most single-room projects are completed in 2–3 weeks. Multi-room projects may take 3–5 weeks. The timeline depends on the package, project scope, and how quickly feedback is provided.

The process starts with a style quiz or consultation. You share photos, measurements, and your goals. We create a design plan with layouts, visuals, and shopping lists. You review, request revisions, and then implement at your own pace.

Do you offer discounts for multi-room projects?

Yes. We offer 10% off for 2 rooms, 15% off for 3–4 rooms, and 20% off for 5+ rooms. Contact us for a custom quote on larger projects.

What if an item is out of stock?

We provide alternative options in your shopping list, so you always have choices. If something becomes unavailable during your project, we'll suggest similar items.

Do I have to buy furniture through you?
A
No. You receive a shopping list with links to purchase items directly from retailers. You can buy everything yourself, or we can offer shopping concierge services as an add-on.
